My name is Rosie, and I hope you’re well.

I am a 22 year old English Lit grad with big dreams and lots of time on my hands.

I started this blog in 2018 and although I kicked off fairly strong, I’ll be honest I ran out of steam.  However, I’m determined to make 2019 my year and document it along the way.  I enjoy yoga, reading, and travelling about, so expect frequent self-deprecating updates on how I’m keeping myself sane in this big old weird world.

My blog posts about mental health aren’t advice as such, they simply articulate things that work for me (or don’t) and should be taken with a pinch of salt.  Even so, feel free to email me if you read anything that has helped you and you don’t feel comfortable leaving a comment:
